1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Annoor Travel's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or directly with our office
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided
2.2 Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and installment plans
- All prices are subject to change until full payment is received
- Currency fluctuations may affect final pricing
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Cancellation fees apply according to the following schedule:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total cost
- 31-60 days before departure: 25% of total cost
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
3.2 Cancellation by Annoor Travel
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient numbers, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.
4. Travel Documents
- All travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas
- We provide assistance with visa applications but are not responsible for visa rejections
- Required vaccinations and health certificates are the traveler's responsibility
5. Health and Safety
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition may endanger themselves or others
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations
6. Conduct and Behavior
- All travelers must respect Islamic values and local customs
- Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund
- Damage to property will be charged to the responsible party
7. Limitation of Liability
Annoor Travel acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by these third parties.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the posting date.
